Following National Women in Construction Week and International Women’s Day, we at Broughton Plant Hire and Sales Ltd are taking real steps toward fostering a more inclusive and safe workplace.

We recently sent our HR Manager on the Changing Culture: Building Inclusive and Safe Workplaces in Construction course, set up by The Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering group hosted by Construction News. This insightful online event provided valuable strategies to drive positive change in our organization.

With incredible speakers from leading industry professionals, the session reinforced the importance of creating workplaces where everyone, regardless of gender, feels safe, valued, and empowered to thrive. So many take aways to implement into our business.
